Refund policy

1. RETURN WINDOW We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In accordance with UK and EU consumer laws, you have 14 days from receiving your item to notify us of a return request, and an additional 14 days to dispatch the item back to us.

2. ELIGIBILITY AND TCG ANTI-FRAUD CONDITIONS Due to the highly sensitive nature of Trading Card Games (TCG) and to protect our community from tampered products (resealing), we maintain strict return conditions. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In the exact same condition that you received it.

  • Unopened, unused, and completely sealed in its original manufacturer shrink wrap (e.g., The Pokémon Company factory seal).

  • Free from any signs of tampering, resealing, or alteration.

Please note: We record the condition of our high-value items prior to dispatch. Any returned item that shows signs of being opened, searched, or tampered with will be rejected, no refund will be issued, and the item will only be returned to you at your own expense.

3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS The following items are strictly non-returnable:

  • Single Trading Cards: Due to the extreme volatility of the single card market, all sales of individual/single cards are final.

  • Opened or unsealed products: Any product where the factory seal has been broken.

  • Gift cards or digital downloadable products.

4. MINOR COSMETIC IMPERFECTIONS We strive to send products in the best possible condition. However, minor cosmetic imperfections on external packaging (such as small tears in the shrink wrap, minor corner dings, or normal manufacturing variations) do not qualify as "defective" or "damaged" products. These are normal occurrences in the TCG supply chain and are not eligible for a free return.

5. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS & LOCATIONS Because we operate multiple logistics hubs to ensure the fastest delivery, your return must be sent to the correct facility. The customer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs.

  • United Kingdom Customers: All UK returns must be sent to our London facility.

  • European Union Customers: All EU returns must be sent to our Northern Ireland facility. Once your return is approved, our support team will provide you with the exact shipping address for your region. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

6. INCORRECT OR DAMAGED-IN-TRANSIT ITEMS If we made a mistake with your order (e.g., sent the wrong item) or if the product arrives with severe structural damage caused during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@godspacks.com with clear photographic evidence. In these specific cases, Gods Packs will cover the return shipping costs and provide a replacement or full refund.

7. REFUND PROCESSING Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
