Shipping policy

1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME At Gods Packs, we aim to get your TCG products into your hands as quickly as possible. All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with your shipping details once your order has left our facility.

2. SHIPPING METHODS & TRACKING To ensure the maximum security of your high-value collectibles, all our shipments are 100% tracked. * UK Orders: Dispatched from our London facility via Royal Mail Tracked services.

  • EU Orders: Dispatched from our Northern Ireland warehause or their trusted courier partners. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery status in real-time.

3. LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT We understand that buying TCG products requires trust. If your tracking information shows no updates for an extended period and the courier officially declares your package as "Lost in Transit", Gods Packs will take full responsibility. We will issue you a full refund or send a replacement (inventory permitting) immediately. We will handle the insurance claim with the courier internally, so you do not have to worry.

4. EU SHIPPING, CUSTOMS & DUTIES (IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER)

  • The Northern Ireland Advantage: We are proud to dispatch to Spain orders from our logistics hub in Northern Ireland. Under current trade agreements, this frictionless route means our EU customers typically do not face unexpected import duties or border delays.

  • Legal Disclaimer & Customs Changes: The customer is always considered the "Importer of Record". While we optimize our logistics to avoid extra costs for EU buyers, Gods Packs has no control over local customs authorities. Should customs laws change, or if local authorities unexpectedly apply import duties, VAT, or handling fees, the customer is solely responsible for paying these charges. Gods Packs will not cover, refund, or compensate for any taxes or fees imposed by the destination country's government.

5. SHIPPING RATES Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight, volume of the items, and the destination address. We offer complimentary Standard Shipping for orders exceeding 150.00€ within Mainland Spain.
