1. COMPANY INFORMATION This website (godspacks.com) is operated by London Tech & Collecting Ltd, trading as Gods Packs. We are a Private Limited Company registered in Northern Ireland (Company Registration Number: NI737504). Our registered office is Suite 77, 92 Castle Street, Belfast, BT1 1HE, United Kingdom. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Gods Packs.
2. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION You may place an order as a guest or create a user account to track your order history. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or engage in fraudulent behaviour.
3. PURCHASE LIMITS & ANTI-BOT POLICY We are committed to ensuring fair access to highly sought-after Trading Card Game (TCG) products for genuine collectors. We reserve the right to strictly limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per household, per billing/shipping address, or per IP address. The use of automated software (bots) or scripts to rapidly purchase inventory is strictly prohibited. Orders identified as being placed by automated means, or orders attempting to circumvent our purchase limits, will be cancelled immediately without prior notice. Identity Verification: To combat fraud and enforce purchase limits, we reserve the right to request additional verification (such as a valid photographic ID or proof of address) before fulfilling any order. Failure to provide requested verification within 48 hours will result in order cancellation.
4. PRE-ORDERS AND MANUFACTURER ALLOCATIONS We frequently offer items for pre-order. When you place a pre-order, you are charged at the time of purchase to secure your item. Allocations: The TCG industry is subject to strict manufacturer allocations (e.g., The Pokémon Company may supply fewer units than initially promised). While we only list pre-orders based on confirmed numbers from our authorised distributors, unexpected shortages can occur. If your pre-order is affected by a manufacturer allocation, we will fulfill orders chronologically based on the time of purchase. If we are unable to fulfill your pre-order, you will be notified immediately and issued a full refund to your original payment method.
5. PAYMENTS & BILLING We accept payments via Shopify Payments (including Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, and Mastercard), PayPal, and Klarna. By submitting an order, you authorise us (or our third-party payment processors) to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of the order, including applicable shipping fees and taxes. All transactions are processed securely.
6. PRICING ERRORS & CANCELLATION OF ORDERS We make every effort to ensure pricing and product information is accurate. However, typographical or system errors may occur. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a genuine error, Gods Packs reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and your payment method charged. If your payment has already been processed for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we will issue an immediate refund for the full amount.
7. GOVERNING LAW These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Northern Ireland, United Kingdom. Consumers residing within the European Union or other jurisdictions retain any mandatory statutory rights provided by the consumer protection laws of their country of residence.
8. ANTI-COMMERCIAL CLAUSE Products sold on godspacks.com are intended strictly for personal, non-commercial consumer use. We reserve the right to cancel orders that we suspect are intended for commercial resale to other retail entities.
